CANCELLATIONS. 24 hour advanced notice is required for any appointment cancellations. The online booking service will allow you to cancel your appointments as necessary. You will need to login to your profile in order to view your bookings. For any cancellation less than 24 hours, the client will be charged for the full price of the missed service.
